触摸
人类的触摸是卸下压力最有效的方法之一,就象父母的拥抱可以安慰焦躁的小孩一样,一个亲吻或是握手都可以去除争吵带来的伤痛,有时候嘴简单的碰触也可以带来奇迹。

Touch or be touched
The human touch is one of the surest ways of unburdening stress. Just as the embrace of a parent soothes the upset child, just as a kiss or handshake takes the sting out of an argument, the simple touch sometimes works miracles.

寻找平静带来的乐趣
平静不像锻炼肌肉必须忍受痛楚才能有收获。事实上,平静本身就是人生中最大的乐趣之一。

人生中最大的紧张之一,就是人们总是必须想办法达到自己所设立的标准。对自己好一点,三不五时将这些标准降低一点点。

轻轻的将双手手指交叉互相交叠,轻轻碰触,缓缓呼吸六十秒,静候平静降临。

Rest your fingers
Gently rest the thumb and fingertips of one hand against the corresponding thumb and fingertrips of the other. Just the lightest touch. Breathe slowly for sixty seconds and allow the calm to overtake you.

穿白色衣物
衣服可以明显影响你的感觉,宽松的衣服,天然的质料,与浅色系都可以帮助平静。这正是练习瑜珈的人多穿着白色衣物的原因。
